Our women's ministry exists to support our church vision of glorifiying God by making, maturing, and multiplying disciples of Jesus Christ. Central Women seek to work towards this goal through our large events, Ladies' Bible Study, and Prayer Gatherings.
Our large events, such as dessert evenings and dinners, are a starting point to for new visitors to feel welcomed at Central and members to connect and fellowship. We have a women's evening event twice a year, typically in the fall and spring. We enjoy music, a guest speaker, and of course, delicious food! Our next Ladies Dinner will be later this Spring 2023. Check our digital bulletin or our event registration page to stay updated!
Our Ladies' Bible Study seeks to fufill our vision to mature as believers. We have the benefit of large and small group learning time in our extended sessions. As a small group, members encourage one another as they seek to understand and live out God's Word. Our Ladies' Bible Study meets on Thursday mornings from 9:15-11:30 in the fall and spring. We meet in the Family Life Center and enjoy breakfast, small group discussion, and a teaching video. The study follows the school calendar and suspends for holidays and summer break. Childcare is offered for children not yet 5 as of September 1, 2021. Past studies include Elijah by Priscilla Shirer and Better: A Study of Hebrews by Jen Wilkin.
