We owe all the glory to God for growing our congregation! Let us unite as the body of Christ in order to continue the work He's given us to do as a church family to spread the Gospel and disciple His sheep. On October 29 we will have our REACH Commitment Day when we ask our members to make a commitment of giving to this endeavor. Please be in fervent prayer for the Lord to guide you in how He would have you respond to this opportunity. TIME TO PACK SHOEBOXES
FOR SAMARITANS'S PURSE!
What does a washcloth, tube of toothpaste, small toy, pencils, pencil sharpener, crayons, socks, and a book have to do with Christmas? These are all items millions of children very seldom -- if ever -- have the joy of receiving. Every year so many give selflessly to pack a shoebox for a child in another country that is far less blessed than ours. This is a very tangible way to share the love of Christ. Please consider packing a shoebox — or several — and bless a child this Christmas! Believe it or not, you will be blessed even more! For more information, a list of what to pack, or to download a shoebox label, please go to www.samaritanspurse.org.
