Guest Parking: Turn on your hazard lights when you pull in, and our parking team will guide you to a reserved guest spot near the entrance.
Friendly Hosts: Look for greeters wearing name badges. They’ll help you check in your kids, find the coffee, and grab a seat in the Worship Center.
The Welcome Center: Stop by to meet us, ask questions, take a quick campus tour, and enjoy a cup of coffee on us.

What to Expect
A Family-Friendly Church in Middle Georgia
From the moment you arrive on campus, you’ll be welcomed with a smile. Our heart is to make every person feel at home, and that starts the second you pull in.
Our Sunday worship services are held at 9:00 AM and 10:30 AM. Each service lasts about 70 minutes and includes Gospel-centered worship and preaching that brings the Bible to life in clear, relevant, and powerful ways.
Helpful hosts are always available if you have questions or need directions.

About Our Services
When you visit Central, you can expect Christ-centered worship, Gospel-centered preaching, and ministry for the whole family. Our desire is for every part of Sunday morning to point people to Jesus and encourage the church to worship, grow, and live on mission.
Uplifting Worship
Both services are filled with music, Scripture, prayer, and preaching that are Christ-centered and Gospel-focused. Our worship ministry incorporates a variety of styles, from favorite hymns to contemporary worship songs being sung today.
We believe rich theology should shape what we sing. Our goal is to honor and glorify the Lord while encouraging one another as we worship together. The recipient of our worship is the Lord, so we do not focus on personal preference. Instead, we worship as a response to all that God has done for us in Christ.
Gospel-Centered Preaching
Our pastor’s messages are expository in nature and Gospel-centered in content. We focus on explaining what the Bible says in each passage while keeping in mind that every passage connects to the overarching story of Scripture.
Each sermon points us to the good news of Jesus Christ. We see God’s love most clearly in the sacrificial death and resurrection of Jesus. The Gospel is always the point, and Jesus is always the hero of every sermon.
Engaging Kids Ministry
Every Sunday, children learn about Jesus as they study the Bible and see God’s amazing love for them. They also have a lot of fun through worship, games, activities, and crafts.
You can also expect your child to be cared for in a safe environment by our incredible volunteer team.
Kids programming is available during both service times. Children in 3rd through 6th grade who are on campus for both hours attend worship with their parents during one hour and attend Life Group during the other hour.

Yes. Life Groups meet during both Sunday services and are a great way to study Scripture, build relationships, and grow in community. Adults, young adults, and students all have Life Group options. Our team would be glad to help you find one that fits your stage of life.

Yes. Mid-Week @ Central typically runs during the school year and includes a Family Fellowship Meal, along with programs for children, students, and adults. Check our calendar for current schedules and summer events.

Yes. Central's International Ministry includes ESL classes, Bible studies, and community outreach for people from many nations and backgrounds.

Yes. Sonshine Preschool is the weekday preschool ministry of Central Baptist Church.

Yes. Central Rec includes pickleball courts, walking and bike trails, Central Pines Disc Golf Course and UPWARD. Central Pines is open to the community during daylight hours, except Sunday mornings from 7:00 AM to 1:00 PM.

Yes. Central hosts church-wide and community events throughout the year, including ministry gatherings, seasonal events, Central Rec opportunities, and Vacation Bible School.
