Our goal at Central is to be a church where it is perfectly normal for one member to ask another to read through a book of the Bible for the sake of mutual encouragement and growth. This is not a formal program, but a culture. A culture of Christians taking loving initiative to pursue discipling relationships with one another.
One-To-One Bible Reading is also an amazing evangelistic strategy. Regularly meeting with a non-believing friend, neighbor, co-worker, etc. provides a great opportunity for them to ask questions and truly understand what exactly the Gospel is all about.
