Life Groups at Central
Sunday morning Life Groups are one of the best ways to connect with people, study the Bible, and grow in Biblical community at Central Baptist Church. Worship is important, but we also believe every person needs a smaller group of people who know them, encourage them, pray for them, and help them follow Jesus throughout the week.
At Central, Life Groups meet on Sunday mornings during both of our regular meeting times. If you attend worship at 9:00 AM, you can join a Life Group at 10:30 AM. If you attend worship at 10:30 AM, you can join a Life Group at 9:00 AM. This makes it easier for you and your family to be part of both worship and small-group Bible study on the same morning.
Life Groups are designed for every stage of life. Some groups are organized by age or life stage, while others include a wider mix of adults. In each group, you can expect Bible-centered teaching, conversation, prayer, and community. Whether you are brand new to church, new to Central, or have been following Jesus for years, a Life Group is a great next step.
Joining a Life Group also helps you move from simply attending church to being known and connected. These groups are where friendships are built, needs are shared, meals are organized, prayers are lifted up, and discipleship happens in everyday life. Our hope is that every person at Central would find a group where they can grow in Christ and walk alongside others.
You do not have to have everything figured out before visiting a group. You are welcome to try a class, meet the leader, and see where you feel most comfortable. If you need help choosing a group, our team would be glad to point you in the right direction.
